Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

1. Advanced Refunds
If you’re eligible for an advanced refund, we will issue the refund after you drop off your return package. However, if the items are not returned or do not pass quality inspection, we may charge the original payment method. Refund eligibility is based on your purchase history and our review.

2. Refunds of Returned Items
Refunds for returned items will be processed after they are received and pass our quality inspection.

3. Item Conditions
Please note: If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or improperly packaged during return shipping, your refund may be reduced based on the item’s lost value.

4. Missing Items
If you have missing items in your order, please visit the support center and select “Missing item/parts” to apply for a refund, or contact customer service for assistance.

5. Package Not Received (Marked as Delivered)
If your package shows as delivered but was not received, go to the support center and select “Package shows delivered but not received” to apply for a refund, or contact customer service for assistance.

6. Refund Processing Times
Refunds typically take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days, depending on your bank) to be credited to your account.

7. Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping fees and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to an issue caused by us. Insurance costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. The sign-on delivery fee is also non-refundable if the items were successfully delivered.

8. One-Click Credit Option
Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you can opt to receive One-Click Credits:

  • Faster processing than refunds to your original payment method.
  • No expiration date.
  • Credits cannot be reversed once processed and typically cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Credits can only be used for purchases on our site.

For more details, visit our One-Click Credit page.

Refund Timeline
Once processed, refunds can take additional time (up to 30 days) to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
